What do I get when I buy a subdomain?

You receive the right to use the selected subdomain under one of the available root domains for the subscription period you choose at checkout.

How long does activation take after payment?

Most orders are processed shortly after a successful payment confirmation. If manual review is needed, activation may take longer.

Can I renew an existing subdomain?

Yes. If a subdomain is already registered and eligible for renewal, the checkout flow will guide you to renew the subscription period instead of creating a duplicate order.

What naming rules apply to subdomains?

Subdomains must use 1 to 63 characters and may contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Dots are not allowed in the subdomain field, and the name cannot start or end with a hyphen.

Which payment provider do you use?

Payments for subdomain purchases are processed through iPaymu to provide a secure payment experience for supported channels.
